Hexagonal Contributor License v3.0

All Living Architecture Lab intellectual property remains with Alice Thornburgh unless she explicitly co-authors or co-licenses specific works. The default license for LAL deposits is determined by the Founding Director, not by the Crimson Hexagonal Archive.

The Hexagonal Contributor License v3.0 (HCL v3.0) governs all CHA-affiliated contributions and establishes:

• IP retention by the contributor
• Exit rights without consequence
• Default open access for archived deposits (CC BY 4.0 unless specified)
• Heteronym separation rules where applicable
• The peer-collaborator-not-witness distinction for non-MANUS contributors
